Satire and parody portal, HardTruthGH.com has claimed in an article that Ghana’s Electoral Commission (EC) Chairperson, Jean Adukwei Mensa has tested positive for COVID-19. Following a request for comment by GhanaFact, the Electoral Commission has issued a statement debunking the claim.
