Coronavirus: Ghana takes steps to suspend all public gatherings

”All Public gatherings, including conferences, workshops, funerals, festivals, political rallies, sporting events and religious activities, such as services in churches and mosques, have been suspended for the next four (4) weeks. Private burials are permitted but with limited numbers, not exceeding twenty-five (25) in attendance.”

Coronavirus: All travel to Ghana is strongly discouraged

Ghana’s government is strongly discouraging all travel to the country until further notice, starting March 15.

This comes after the West African country confirmed four new coronavirus cases within its jurisdiction, making six, the total number of confirmed cases in the country.
